Features and Improvements
Coaching reports offers managers to measure the performance of employees. The applications allows to create a questionnaires and assign question in sections so that categories can be build. Each of the section can be calculated based on a score scale of 1-5 and the section then build the overall score of the coaching report. Managers can execute and fill out the questionnaire for employees one level below in the hierarchy. Once the coaching report is done the manager is able to send it to the employee for acknowledgement. Therefore the employee receives a notification and can review it and finally acknowledge.
Customer Reference for Person and Organization
Customer Reference can be edited on the UI while editing the core data of person and organization. Administrators can assign special permissions to edit the customer reference and is independent from the edit person and organization permission.
