The attribute core view contains improvements for the user experience on how to get to the edit screen and a better integrated history.
The separate screen for the history is removed and is now integrated into the attribute table itself. The history will be collapsed by default and can be shown underneath the selected attribute.
The Edit Screen is in the same style as the View - structured by the attribute categories and it also shows the tabs for focus, important and all if configured in the quick access attribute administration section.
Users can now easily edit more attributes in different categories by using the search bar or scrolling through the list of attributes.

Maintain batch numbers and expiry dates for samples
Products can be selected by batch number and expiry date in a sample request in order to document samples for recall issues. Therefore the administration area is enhanced to store and maintain this information along other areas in the CRM where Promotional Materials are currently displayed.

Display pers. email user template name in activity
Up until now the name of the template that was defined by an administrator was always displayed in the corresponding activity, even tough a user template was used. Now the name of the pers. email user template is in the activity preview so that the user can better track past pers. emails.
Self Service Attribute
It is now possible to regularly import files that contain attribute updates. Here it is possible to update or delete values for bulk changes that are too time intensive to do manually.
Double Opt-In Notification
A new notification type "Consent" is added to the users notification center that informs the user if a HCP has completed the double-opt-in process for a consent type where it is required. The user can toggle the notification On/Off in their personal settings page.
Authentication Type Validation
A new authentication type "Singe Sign On (SSO) (SAML)" is introduced. Authenticating users via SAML/SSO was already possible but no ysura based validation was built around it. Admin users can now select that type in user management. A new, strict authentication type validation is now introduced around the new authentication type "Singe Sign On (SSO) (SAML)". Users connected to this type are prevented from requesting CRM authenticated passwords. Although also possible before, system setup with mixed authentication types is now more clear in the user management.

yRoom Admin UI
This functionality offers administrators or users who have the corresponding permission to maintain content for the yRoom. It contains creating new content in terms of upload, renaming content, deleting and setting permissions for user and/or user groups (Room Type).
In addition the administrator can maintain the email invitation template.
It is possible to capture different consent types in the yRoom and to show the state of the different consent types for the yRoom session attendee.
