The following specific configurations are provided for customers: The master data of HCPs and HCOs and the territory structures are loaded via the interface and displayed accordingly. The system is configured by ysura for the customer in such a way that only the master data of those organisations are displayed that have been loaded by the customer via the interface to ysura.
No specific configurations per customer are required for List Management. All functions for creating people and organization lists are available to the customer. The restriction for creating lists is based on the data available. For example, only those criteria can be selected for lists for which corresponding data is available (for example, master data, consent).
No specific configurations per customer are required for using the Notification Center. All functions are fully available to the customer. The restriction of the notifications is based on the available modules and data. Only notifications that are related to the configured customer content management solution are displayed (e.g. new customer list).
The customer can use the near-me function in the ysura solution, if appropriate geodata is made available via the interface. On a map the persons can then be displayed accordingly. Furthermore, the system is configured by ysura for the customer in such a way that the employee can filter the map according to the status of the consent (e.g. all persons with the status: consent "not requested")
Administration and Configuration
The administration and configuration area is available to the customer after configuration. The system is configured by ysura for the customer in such a way that only those areas of administration are displayed that are relevant for the administration of a content management solution. In addition, e.g. employee data and territory structures are loaded via the interface and prepared and displayed in the ysura solution accordingly.
In the course of providing the ysura solution, the corresponding roles and user rights are defined together with the customer. For example, users are assigned to the role "administration" and only these users can view the admin area in the content management solution and make appropriate adjustments in the system. If required, additional subroles and rights can be defined for the admin area.
In recent years, pharmaceutical companies have expanded the number of channels through which they address HCP. Whereas in the past, a sales representative used to visit the HCP, he now has to reach the HCP by phone as well as by e-mail. In some cases he even has to hold webinars. The increase in channels has also increased the number of qualified contact points. But the existing applications have not really changed and do not provide the sales representative with sufficient support. The ysura campaign management solution remedies this situation by giving the user an overview of all contact points per HCP and reminding him which activity is next.
The ysura solution is offered as a modular system. The modules can be purchased and operated individually or in combination. Since ysura is offered as Software as a Service (SaaS), the system is available via the Internet via customer-specific URLs, usually https://customer.ysura.com. Users can access the system with a browser from different end devices.

Operation and updating
The ysura solution is a standard software that can be individually extended. Customers have the advantage that they do not have to wait long for the next release, because new versions are released at regular intervals. Wishes and requirements are immediately incorporated and implemented in projects. The standard system functions enable a process-oriented and fast commissioning. Requirements from other pharmaceutical companies are also incorporated into the standard software and can also be made available to other customers by arrangement. The ysura solution has a modular structure, so that need-based systems for small, medium and large companies are supported.
Access to the ysura solution
The ysura solution is a platform-independent web application. This means that the user can access the solution with different end devices.
The system is available via the Internet via customer-specific URLs, usually https://customer.ysura.com.
The following browsers are currently supported under Windows and MacOS:

The ysura solution supports the current and the previous main version of the listed browsers on a rolling basis. When a new version is released, support for this version starts and support for the then third most recent version ends. The use of older or not listed browsers is usually possible, but is not recommended.

Using older iOS versions or other mobile devices is usually possible without problems, but is not recommended.
Windows or Android tablets can usually be used with the respective browsers without problems.
The ysura solution is generally only accessible via an encrypted HTTPS connection. Users have to authenticate themselves periodically to gain access to the system. For authentication, different methods are supported - from local user accounts within the ysura solution to authentication against user data of the customer (LDAP, SAML2).
The access via HTTPS can be done from the public internet - the ysura platform regularly receives security-relevant updates. Alternatively, a VPN connection can be established between the company and ysura to achieve an even higher security level. In this case, the solution is not accessible from the public internet.
The ysura solution is offered as a modular system. The modules can be purchased and operated individually or in combination.
To run the ysura software, the core module is required. Furthermore, further modules can be ordered and activated optionally.
